You can instantly try their free trial phone to phone call from their website. But this service is available if you and the destination number both are in their free countries list. This list includes about 40 countries.

To make calls from pc to phone you need to download their dialer from their website. You need not to be in free country to make call via this method. But offcourse the number you are dialing should belong to the free countries list. You may check it out here.
