Rebtel, the phone to phone VOIP introduced a new service in Beta called Computer Calls. It allows to make calls to your Rebtel contacts using your regular Skype client, it lets you call friends on their Skype Names directly from your phone and it lets you receive incoming calls in your Skype client before having them go through to your regular phone.
