Few days back we poted about sip settings of new voip provider Smartvoip, a betamax company. But the thing is how many people are satisfied with Betamax companies. I know not many.
What "scam" according to people, betamax does is that they initially offer very cheap rates to countries like India, Pakistan and when many people have purchased credit, betamax just increases the rates without any notice. Though every voip provider has full rights to change its prices but what about thousands or lacs of people who just purchased credit in hope of getting cheap calls.
My question to people is what do you think is it right...?

Betamax needs to be sued.Probably they would win the case because in Germany most companies have very skillfull lawyers and the laws in Germany always protect the stronger against the weaker.
