Till 30th April 2009, a MobileWorld starter package will cost EUR 9.95 including EUR 7.50 call credit. MobileWorld is known to offer cheap international calls to about 200 countries. They offer just EUR 0.049 per minute for calls to Polish fixed networks. For calling German mobile phones you just need to pay EUR 0.19 per minute. The only drawback being that every international call has a start-up fee of EUR 0.19.
Anyways, still a good plan offered by MobileWorld, Germany.

Hi, You can make phone calls to Germany from your android tablet/ipad (without sim card) using voip app. I use Smartgroshen app, simple, good quality of voice and sync with your phone contacts.
