Belgium telecom provider Belgacom will be launching Happy Time one. Its a new offer which will enable users to make Fixed and mobile telephone at just 35 Euro per month.
Under this service, customers can make free calls from 5 pm until 8 amand during weekends from fixed or mobile lines, and to all fixed or mobile Belgian numbers, with the exception of certain special numbers. At other times, calls to fixed lines will cost EUR 0.35 per minute forcalls to fixed or mobile numbers, with an SMS costing EUR 0.15. The free calling is limited to 10.000 minutes per month to fixed numbers, split evenly from fixed or mobile lines, and 2000 minutes to mobile
numbers, again split evenly between fixed or mobile lines.
