Ahwar Messenger : Free Internet Phone calls

Many of you must be using either Skype or some other messenger. If you are from a Arabic Country, Ahwar messenger is specially for you being it in your own Arabic language. Even if you are not from Arabic country still it is a great voip tool and can be used in English.


Ahwar messenger is a recently launched voip provider giving free and cheap international calls. To make free calls -:

1 Sign in to Ahwar Messenger‎
‎2 Open the Dial Pad‎
‎3 Click on one of the 6 lines in the Dial Pad
‎4 Enter your contact's phone number in the Dial Pad not preceded by any "0's" or ‎the "+" sign
‎5 Click "Call"‎
‎6 If you have already saved the person's phone number in the contact list, right ‎click on the name and choose "Audio Call"

I am not very sure if the calls are Pc to Pc (from Ahwar messenger to Ahwar messenger) or these are Free PC to Phone calls, as it only says that calls are Free between Ahwar registered members. I will check and let you guys know. If calls are to phone then it can prove to be a great recourse to make Free Pc to Phone calls.

Similar to Skype, Ahwar messenger can be used to make international Pc to phone calls to non members. However these are not free, rates being a bit on higher side.

Ahwar Messenger has announced the release of its new SMS service, you can send SMS to all over the world at any time and at lowest prices.
