Don't worry if you are not in one of those countries. We just thought of a good workaround, that might work. I didn't test the workaround, do let us know if it works.
it seems this calling card does verify the number you are calling from. At the time of registration in Tel No. you may enter a free geographic number or you can get a free canada number at freephoneline. Do remember to check Canada as country.
This will enable you to make calls from anywhere in the world. This is just my theory, it might not work good for everyone.
