Gorilla Mobile is another voip provider, in which you don't require any PC, or internet connection to place your call. It is a Phone to Phone voip service. So, you just have to register for a free account. You have to enter the number ( by which you will be calling) while registering.
You will get 5$ of free credit. Now you can check the free local access number. This number is toll free. You have to dial this toll free number. Wait for the dial tone, after that dial your international number. Your call will be connected.
